2. Estimates & bookings
Consultations booked through this site are free and non-binding until confirmed by our team. Any quotation given is an estimate until a signed work order and advance payment are received.
3. Client portal
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of the details you provide. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
4. Liability
The site is provided "as is". While we keep information current, we are not liable for decisions made solely on website content. Work contracts are governed by separate signed agreements.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
