Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and project details you type into our inquiry or consultation-booking forms.

If you create a client account: your login method (Google, email or phone), profile details, appointments and their history.

Technical data: anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (pages visited, device type) when you allow analytics cookies. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.

2. Why we use it (purpose & basis)

To respond to your inquiry and arrange consultations — based on your consent, given when you submit a form or tick the consent box.

To deliver the service you hired us for — contract performance.

To keep billing, warranty and statutory records — legal obligation.

3. Consent & withdrawal

Where we rely on consent (inquiries, analytics, marketing messages), you may withdraw it at any time — by using the contact details below, or the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the studio: our hosting (Cloudflare), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and SMS/WhatsApp where applicable. They process data on our instructions under contract. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Client project records and invoices: as long as required by tax and contract law (typically 8 years). Analytics data: maximum 14 months, aggregated.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can: request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate a person to exercise your rights if you cannot. Clients can download or delete their data directly from the Client Portal. For everything else, write to us — we respond within 30 days.

7. Children's data

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will erase it.

8. Security

Data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers, and access inside our studio is limited to team members who need it.
